Barquisimeto greeted Monday morning convulsed by different causes. Educators, workers, staff and surveillance officers demanded that the governor move them from contractors to full-time workers. Residents of Barrio Nuevo also burned tires and demanded the replacement of asphalt that Hidrolara removed to conduct pipeline work.
