"La Rusia de Medvedev" (Excelsior)

Con el título de "La Rusia de Medvedev", el diario Excelsior de Méjico publica un artículo de Sergio Nudelstejer en el que pone de manifiesto las contradicciones de la bicefalia reinante en Rusia. Se pregunta cuánto durará el águila con dos alas y si el presidente Medvedev podrá volar suelto.
