Video: Medvedev Blames U.S. for Crisis

President Dmitry Medvedev posts a "preview" of his state of the union speech on his video blog. Expect no surprises: Medvedev again blames the United States for the global financial crisis. With the U.S. election taking place tomorrow, it appears that Russia's domestic political tempo continues to run in counterpoint.
