Video: Medvedev's First Video Podcast

The communications department of the Kremlin honestly appears more modern than that of the United States lately (it seems to take the State Department a very long time to post a video of its press conferences). However it is notable that the president used this inaugural podcast to attack the existing global security architecture, and hint at Russia's readiness to take over a new decision making role. Let's see if the blame game continues today in Evian.

UPDATE: The Moscow Times has an article about Medvedev's foray into social media.
