If It Worked for Putin...

obamaputin020508.jpg

This is actually an old gag, dug up for kicks on Super Tuesday. Daily Kos nailed this last summer, and even ran a poll over which one looked better. At the time of writing, Obama was winning with 64% over 36% for Vlad.

Sadly, I think they both are probably in better shape than me... in fact Hillary Clinton can probably out bench press me.

Actually this blog averages about 10-12,000 page views per day, so believe me, you are not alone.

Our cumbersome comments section (using TypeKey) is very discouraging to many people. That will be changed soon.

Oh, wonderful news!

Btw, anyone claiming their husband is far better looking that Obama should be made to provide evidence. :)

els [TypeKey Profile Page]:

hmmm, to me he is ...besides Obama isnt my taste at all. Who is...let me think...Kenneth Branagh
and now-
James will kill us for being so off topic

Off Topic? I'm sorry. I thought the topic was who looks best without their shirt. Will comment no further...

This is a pretty incisive commentary on the nature of political action these days. Huge numbers of people sit at home on election day, and this blog sets a record for comment traffic on a post about people taking their shirts off.

Meanwhile, Russia goes on perishing.

Sigh.

If it makes you feel better, I campaigned all weekend and voted today.

Not being a Russian citizen, my political action on that front is limited. But I am of the opinion that they are capable of fixing their own country. And I would not expect them to fix mine. YMMV.

Also, I read RA daily for the serious stuff too, so don't think I only pay attention when James sexes it up. It's simply a nice distraction. :)

Dear Rusophobe,
you must be joking as nobody is that....well ...silly.

els [TypeKey Profile Page]:

to Rusophobe again- You really belive we must be pompous to make this world better?
