Certified Translation of Switzerland Ruling on Khodorkovsky and Yukos

Here, available for the first time for the public, is a certified English-language translation of last week's landmark ruling from the Swiss Federal Tribunal refusing mutual legal assistance on the grounds of human rights and political persecution related to the Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Yukos cases.
